4. Laggone AI provides AI-powered tools to help improve skills in esports games (CS2, Valorant, League of Legends).

1. Registration is free and requires providing an email address and password, or signing in with Google.

2. Users agree to provide accurate information and not share their account with third parties.

3. Users are responsible for the security of their password.

4. The Provider reserves the right to delete a user account in case of a violation of these terms.

�3. Scope of Services

Laggone AI offers the following services:

• Statistics analysis � automatic analysis of game data based on public APIs (Steam, Riot Games, HenrikDev)
• AI Coaching � personalized tips and training plans generated by artificial intelligence
• Training plans � automatically generated exercises tailored to the player's skill level
• Demo/VOD analysis � AI-powered analysis of gameplay recordings
• Educational materials � access to videos and tutorials

�4. Subscription Plans

1. The service offers a free plan (Free) and paid plans (Premium, Pro).

2. The free plan provides limited access to service features.

3. Payments for Premium and Pro plans are processed by Stripe.

4. Subscriptions renew automatically. Users can cancel their subscription at any time in account settings.

5. After cancellation, access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period.

�5. AI-Generated Content

1. Tips, analyses, and training plans generated by AI are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of AI advice � results may vary depending on the player.

3. AI content does not constitute professional esports coaching and should not be treated as the sole source of learning.

�6. Limitation of Liability

1. The Provider makes every effort to ensure the service operates correctly but does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability.

2. The Provider is not liable for:

• Interruptions in external API availability (Steam, Riot Games)
• Data loss caused by user actions
• Decisions made based on AI-generated content
• Bans or penalties imposed by game publishers

Users agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and good practices
• Not attempt hacking, DDoS attacks, or interference with the service
• Not send spam or illegal content
• Not share their account with third parties
• Not copy, modify, or distribute the service's content without permission
